Welcome to the NDCA Inclusion and Engagement Class!
The NDCA Inclusion and Engagement Training Program has been created to introduce you to the terminology and conduct surrounding diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and to increase your awareness and sensitivity to racism, sexism, homophobia, and more, as it affects your teams. Given the massive amounts of research and discussion surrounding each of those topics, this course should be considered as a gateway to a better understanding of issues that your athletes — and you — may have to face. The NDCA offers a wide range of resources to help you explore these issues even more once you’ve completed this course.
